EXECUTION & LOGISTICS

Read the raw data and operational strategy behind this deployment.

The Challenge

A remote Northern BC mine required 200,000 tonnes of oversized blast rock to be processed rapidly to feed their primary mill. They needed a contractor capable of deploying to an isolated environment and running round-the-clock operations without sacrificing safety or missing strict production targets.

The FAFO Execution

We mobilized a completely self-contained crushing spread alongside our own heavy support equipment. Because we don’t rely on outside sub-contractors, we established a 24-hour continuous operational cycle immediately upon arrival. We chewed through the oversized blast rock, feeding the mill at maximum capacity.

The Result

We hit every single production target, keeping the mill fed and eliminating all site delays. Most importantly, the entire 200,000-tonne run was executed with a flawless safety record and zero lost-time incidents. We proved that speed and safety can coexist when you own the iron and control the site.
